In a practice match the idea of being in harmony is challenged, in the Wudang training, it is the way to be last but the first to reach. Every Wudang student is trained in traditional Sanda (Chinese boxing), which is a very powerful and aggressive way of expressing oneself. The most important part of this is to stay relaxed and not force anything but to hit it exactly. During practice, students develop an understanding of their own strengths.
